Hi Dify hiring team
I’m Zhenyang Li, a product designer with 12+ years of experience across enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, internal tools, and startup products.
I have over 8 years of experience designing enterprise products, with strong expertise in complex enterprise product design. In my past work, I led the design or independently designed over 10 enterprise-level products, covering various functional modules of enterprise products, such as permission systems, multi-tenant isolation, dashboards, management backends, and more. including permission systems, multi-tenant isolation, partner portal, dashboards, admin consoles, and more.
I’m applying for the Product Designer (Enterprise) role because it matches the kind of work I do best: turning complex systems into products that organizations can actually trust, manage, and operate. In my past work, I have designed enterprise and SaaS proudcts, permission-heavy internal systems, partner portals, admin workflows, infrastructure consoles, and data-dense products for technical users.

Q&A
Why do I want to work for Dify?
Dify is one of the most interesting companies in AI right now because it is building the layer that helps organizations move from experimenting with AI to actually operating it. That is exactly where product design becomes difficult and valuable. I am especially interested in Enterprise Edition because the challenge is not only to make AI powerful, but to make it trustworthy, manageable, and deployable at scale. That is the kind of problem I want to work on.
Remote work is my ideal lifestyle. I have been working remotely for the past six years and have become proficient in asynchronous communication skills. I have collaborated with distributed teams across time zones, and also served overseas clients on SaaS and AI products.
Why do I want to work in this role at Dify?
I love designing enterprise products, though it might be boring to some designers. Since most of the time is spent creating resource lists, researching statuses, handling CRUD, managing exceptions, and so on. However, for me, this job requires strong logical skills and a system perspective. I need to consider the collaboration between software and hardware, anticipate various situations that users may meet, and provide fault-tolerant solutions for potential user issues. Transforming complex and difficult requirements into simple and user-friendly interfaces gives me a great sense of accomplishment.
Additionally, I believe that Dify needs an experienced designer to solve the challenging problems with the team. Designing enterprise software requires a high entry barrier, I think my 8 years of design experience in this field would allow me to quickly adapt and help the team create better products.
What kind of work from my career is most relevant to Dify Enterprise Edition, and why?
The most relevant work is SmartX After-sales System and SmartX Partner Portal. Both products required designing for multiple roles, complex permissions, operational workflows, logs, notifications, and system-level clarity. These were not UI-level interfaces. They were products that had to work across departments, responsibilities, and business constraints.
Thanks for reading! Have a good day!
